To use certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

Social Media Account Connection

By connecting your social media accounts to SocialGenieAI, you authorize us to access and interact with those accounts on your behalf within the scope of permissions you grant through each platform's OAuth authorization process. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect and manage the social media accounts you link to our platform.

User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish through SocialGenieAI. By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services. You are solely responsible for the content you publish through our platform and must ensure it complies with the terms of service of each social media platform and all applicable laws.

Age Restriction

SocialGenieAI specifically denies access to any individual that is covered by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) of 1998. You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Services, and at least 18 years of age to create an account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SocialGenieAI to:
